Pat has the credentials and expertise (a resume is available) to make this happen. She has over 28 years experience working with real estate in the Stark and Southern Summit county areas. Pat will help you to make your decision to buy, sell, invest, or relocate a pleasant one. As a licensed real estate Broker she has owned her own real estate company and is now the Broker/Manager of the Canton Coldwell Banker Hunter Realty office. Pat has over 30 agents in her office which she is in charge of but still enjoys working directly with real estate buyers and sellers. Among Pat's credentials are:

Pat really likes to work with relocations and first time home buyers. She is a HUD/VA repossession specialist as well as having taken some classer toward her Foreclosure Intervention Specialist Degree as well as serving a long list of investors. Pat keeps her listing inventory to a minimum so that each home can receive her utmost attention.
